Deep Purple Slide

I had an acre filled with these little purple wild flowers last year (I have no idea what they are called!) What I personally like about this shot is the depth of field and use of flash mixed in with the ambient dusk light.

yes flash and macro are just too cool and you are lucky to have both equipments at the same time. love this macro shot. great focus super sharp.

Beautiful shot. Love the purple. I've never tried flash with my macro lens.
