About Teft....

Hi, I'm C Teft Hughes. I jumped into my art business at 10 when I was commissioned by a town to draw their local landmarks for a centennial celebration. Drawing slowly faded away, though, as I got excited about the possibilities of computer generated art.

I built compositions in 3d studio max and photoshop for several years before I got into music. Music quickly took over my focus and I began learning the ins and outs of audio engineering and music composition. I am now one half of the house/dance/pop duo known as "Mimi & Teft."

I still needed a visual outlet for art, though. Photography quickly became the perfect "drug" of science and art. I'm able to combine many aspects of photography into the Mimi & Teft brand, which fulfills both sides of my creative hunger.
